Q. How do I place my order?
A. Follow these steps:

- Click the “Add to Cart” option.
- To add multiple products, repeat the process for each product.
- Once done, click on “Cart” in the menu bar.
- Scroll down and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Fill in the billing details and review your order (including total cost).
- Click “Order Place” at the bottom of the form.
Your order will be placed, and you'll receive a confirmation email with order details. Orders are delivered via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q. How do I cancel an order on NimSim.Store?
A. Log in to your account to cancel an order. For guest users, call our helpline during office hours. You can also cancel your order during the final confirmation call.
